Back to my original question:

This probably a more general question, and not only with mang/negh but also
with jengva'/ngop and DoS/ray' etc.:

Is it better to say {loS mang} or {loS negh}?
I prefer the first, because {negh} sounds like there are too many soldiers
as to count them.
I just need to translate a sentence like "four soldiers helped us".

Quvar.
