wej qID SovchoHlu'be' 'e' vIHar. Terran birds that come to mind include the
albatross and the tern, but I can't work out what the joke might be. In
addition, the word {qap} "insist" doesn't yield anything promising (nor, for
that matter, do the reverse syllables {tay} "ceremony" or {paq} "book", and
*{yat} has no meaning in Klingon).
The only well-known reference to albatrosses I can think of is in the Rime
of the Ancient Mariner, so I might dig through that and see what I can find.
