There's absolutely no {D}, {j}, or {'} sound when *I* say "pizza".   
The {I} isn't even particularly close, and the {a} is stretching it a  
bit.  The word just doesn't survive being spoken with a Klingon  
accent. :)

If forced, I'd engage in a bit of subtle wordplay and pronounce it as  
{pIy'chab}.  (I know we don't have any examples of syllables ending  
in {Iy'}, so you don't have to point it out.)
