I usually say "PEET-za", or "PEET-zuh"...  In college, they were calling 
it just "za".  I've definitely heard variatoins like "PEET-sa", with more 
of an 's' sound (as in 'glass').  Friends goofing around have called it 
"pee-za" (like "Pisa")...

I would never use it, but I think the closest Klingon approximation I 
would use would be */pI'Sa'/ (for example, if I was trying to show a 
Klingon a phonetic spelling of the English).
