DaH jIyajlaw'. I think I see now.  
Grammar yes, lessons no.  Since most conlangs are not meant to be learned by 
hordes of people, their inventors don't usually write lessons for them, even 
though they do write grammars for them.
Marc Okrand didn't write any lessons for Klingon, though.  Other people did 
that.

Most artificial languages are irrelevant to anyone except their creator, with 
or without lessons.  Whether the language is relevant or not is irrelevant.
