That should read {jagh lucharghlu'bogh HuH ...} "the conquered enemy's
bile". {lagh} is an "ensign"!

More canon:

   SuvmeH 'ej charghmeH bogh tlhInganpu'
Klingons are born to fight and to conquer. TKW

   vay' DaneHbogh yIchargh
   Conquer what you desire. TKW

   charghbej vIt.
   The truth shall conquer. KCD

qo'mey Sar charghtaHvIS chaH Dat tlhIngan may'Duj luleghDI' neH qIb
nganpu' buQpu' may'Duj 'ej ghIjpu' 'oH. nIteb ghIjpu' je Deghvam
this symbol grew to become as feared throughout the galaxy as the
menacing profiles of their battlecruisers. SP1

   qachargh
   I conquer you. KLS

Cf. the derived noun {charghwI'} "victor, conqueror".

Cf. also the phrases {Qapbej} (Hallmark) or {yay chav} "achieve victory"
(TKW) and the verb {ghatlh} "dominate". There's no noun meaning
"conquest", but {yay} "victory, triumph" will sometimes work.
