As used in canon:

   nIn: rugh bIQSIp
   Fuel - Anti Hydrogen (KBoP)

Anti-matter in a couple of Trek guides:

"Highly volatile substance used for energy and propulsion aboard some space
vessels." (KLS)

"Deuterium was also used as one of the reactants in the matter/antimatter
reaction system in those ships' warp drive. The deuterium was the matter,
and anti-hydrogen served as the antimatter. (TNG 'Relics')" (STE)

"Deuterium" is {bIQSIp 'ugh}.

N.B.: {Hap} "matter".
