When spoken, I think this sentence would need a pause: {'Iw HIq, wa'vatlh
tlho'ren, ngaS qeghvam}.

Your literal translation of the second sentence is a good way to phrase the
Klingon:

'Iw HIq ngaS qeghvam: wa'vatlh tlho'ren.
This barrel contains bloodwine: 100 tlho'rens.
