Ah, sorry.

QQ stands for {Qo'noS QonoS}, or the "Kronos Chronicle."  It is a monthly
periodical that is publlished by the KLI.  The purpose of QQ is to provide a
regular source for well-written, edited Klingon for people to read and
enjoy, and for those who are so inclined, a forum to air their well-written
and edited material.

If you would like to view QQ in {pIqaD} (Klingon writing), then you have two
options.  If you have the KLIpIqaDmey font from the KLI, and you have a
browser that can display your own fonts, then select this URL:

/QQ/QQ0401.html?mode=XIFAN

Alternatively, if you have a unicode font installed that has Klingon
characters in the correct location of the Private Use Area (PUA), and a
browser that supports unicode, then you can invoke this using this URL:
