Klingon doesn't have clicks. And if by pauses you mean glottal stops, just
treat it like any other consontant and it works fine. A lot of people have
written Klingon music (and KLINGON FOR THE GALACTIC TRAVELER has a section
on music terminology)! Wait 'til you hear taHjaj wo'!

:)

I found a copy of a song that is sung by a bunch of actors on the STAR TREK:
KLINGON game, done moderately accurately for actors who don't actually speak
Klingon: http://media.khemorex-klinzhai.de/audio/anthem.wav

ter'eS has put up a funny page of popular songs translated into Klingon:
http://www.geocities.com/teresh_2000/klinbom.html

Holtej has a recording of his son, when he was two and a half years old,
singing the first part of taHjaj wo':
http://higbee.cots.net/~holtej/klingon/alec1.ra

And this is just stuff that's been recorded and put on the Internet. At the
qep'a' we sing tons of songs. taHjaj wo', 'Iv maH (the KLI's anthem),
bIngo', yIH ghupbogh be' qan, qumbaya, etc., etc. At qep'a' wa'maHDIch, we
were treated to Captain Krankor giving us a rendition of 'alIS Qe' (Alice's
Restaurant). The whole thing.
