We just had some discussion about appositions, so I would suggest to say:

  {*ra'uSma* ror}
  "Fat Ra'ushma"
  (which I think is the basically the same)

{rorwI'} can still be used though:

  {'Iv ghaH rorwI'vetlh'e'}
  "Who is that fat one?"
