All right.  The message is apparently not getting out, so I will try again.
If you're NOT trying to get off this list, then please refrain from
responding to this message, unless you do so in Klingon.  All posts of this
nature are off-topic.

The list is managed by automated software.  If you want to get off the list,
you have to take yourself off the list.  It's easy.  In fact, if you had
sent your unsub message to the automated software instead of to the list,
you'd already be off, and you wouldn't be annoying all these other people
who have no ability to take you off the list anyway.

Send an e-mail to:

[email protected]

If for some reason you cannot do this, then please contact the list owner
(me) off-list, at [email protected].  In NO CASE will sending a
message to the mailing list itself result in your being removed from the
list.  The ONLY way to get assistance in getting off the list is to write to
me privately.  If you continue to write to the list asking for assistance,
the only thing that will happen is that you will get blocked from sending
messages to the list; you won't actually get removed.
