AFAIK, no, we don't know for certain.
That being said, *I* believe Clipped Klingon *is* used for computers, as
does at least one Grammarian. IMHO, it makes complete sense.
(SuStel or ghunchu'wI' is the other. I can't remember which. Maybe
both. ) }}: )

BTW: Do we have a phrase for "Clipped Klingon"? {Hol poD}, perhaps?
