As used in canon:

   Cruise Formation Height: 31.56 M.  [KBoP]

   qughmeH Duj vIlolmoH
   I put the vessel in the attitude for cruise (or cruising) [HQ 11.2]

Cf. also {qughDo} "cruising speed" and {qughDuj} "cruiser" (a type of ship, 
not to be confused with {may'Duj} "battle cruiser").

Also, in the current HolQeD (12.4) Krankor reminded us of the "unofficial 
slang" word *{qughwI'} or "motorcycle" (literally "cruiser", which he says 
is a particular class of motorcycle).
