I know its a long shot, and kinda disgusting, but I was looking at {'IqneH}
"booger", and it looks like a compound of {{'Iq}} "be too many, be too much"
and {{naH}} "fruit, vegetable". Perhaps Okrand was forced onto a vegtarian
diet, and fanciest a change of meals...
