RE: Star Trek Killer?
It's a Klingon proverb. It does appear in The Klingon Way, on page 127.
I used to have this up on my wall at work, as overcoming obstacles (many
of those provided by co-workers) was a regular part of my job. I had
fun explaining its meaning to my supervisor.

It does indeed appear in TKD's Appendix "A Selected List of Useful
Klingon
Expressions" (2nd ed., p. 171). I guess someone finally found a good
use
for this particular expression!
