If it could, it wouldn't be -taHvISbe', which would be "not while"
(remember, the -be' negates whatever precedes it). If there were no other
suffixes involved, though, -be'taHvIS might have potential:
yIchung DuSeymoHbe'taHvIS Do.
"Accelerate while the velocity does not excite you."
"Accelerate until the velocity excites you."
Maybe to further the point:
yIchung DuSeychoHmoHbe'taHvIS Do.
"Accelerate while the velocity has not caused you to become excited."
As unwieldy as it gets, I'm thinking the -choH is key here, to indicate
the change inferred by the English "until". The choice of verb here,
/SeymoH/ might be cluttering the issue because it's one of those "verbs
with a suffix already attached" issues. What if we chose another verb to
play with, how about /ghIj/ (scare): (Note: This is a different
sentiment, not an alternate translation)

Yeah... I think I like that a lot. Does anyone see anything wrong with
that construction?
