My friend, we Trekkies are known world-wide for our "detailed knowledge of
Star-trek(sic)". And rightly so -- who would put that much detail there to
begin with, and why would they, but to see if the fans woud pick it up. It
became something of an ongoing 'joke', if you will, with the writers towards
the end of the Next Gen run.

And if you like that kind of thing about us, and about Trek, you'll love the
many word-puns that Okrand has written into tlhIngan Hol.

P.S: i wonder how many people will take exception to my use of the term
'Trekkie' as opposed to 'Trekker, LOL. Some of my Aussie friends do the
whole "it makes us sound like groupies or junkies!!" trip. Heh; my response
is that the other term makes us sound like mountain climbers!! LMAO. As
far as i'm concerned, i'm a Trekkie and i will be till i die, heh. }}};->
