Either read TKD section 6.2.5. Sentences as objects or read the latest KLBC I answered on that topic.

"If you want to be free" in Klingon is literally:
    "you are free. if you want it"

You already have the correct words up there, now put them in the correct order. You only need another prefix.
But I won't give you more hints, you should be able to find  it now ;-)
