Oh, by the way, we all need to remember that Okrand has verified that
/HIja'/, /HISlaH/, and /ghobe'/ are only used to answer yes/no questions,
not to disagree or any other various functions that English "yes" and "no"
take.

In this case, /Qo'/ "no, I won't, I refuse, I disagree" is the appropriate
word.
