Subject: Klingon culture in Russia?

If you pay attention, you can find Klingon references in the least likely
places. I've been cataloging new Russian titles today, and just pulled
popular Russian author Dilia Enikeeva's new novel off the shelf. The
title? *Kholodnaya mest' priyatnee na vkus*!

For those who don't read Russian, this is that well-known "Klingon"
proverb

bortaS bIr jablu'DI' reH QaQqu' nay'
Revenge is a dish best served cold.

{BTW, does anyone know where this proverb really comes from?)

I first heard of it from the Borgias in medieval Italy.
