As far as creating a klingon name... It is well know that (no offense) the chinese throw the family's kitchen utensiles in the air, the sound they make when they land is your name. With klingons, find a klingon with a slight flem buildup and ask him to clear his throat. The sound he makes clearing his throat is your name. ;] DloraH
