It's on page 10 of TKD. I wasn't disputing the fact which you listed.
Because this IS quoted in TKD I felt it necessary to explain (to whomever)
that charghwI''s lack of english was not because of social rank but because
of a mindsifter.

Ah... That message from Barker cames after the point that I was refering to.
Where I jumped in the topic was still about charghwI''s ability. In your
message that I reply to you simply write "The language of weaklings? If a
klingon speaks english, one considers that their status is high." No
mention of inquiry to Bart's opinion; just a comment about social rank.

Bart quoted charghwI' in his reply.

Here you quoted Bart's quote of charghwI'

charghwI' says he no longer speaks english.
Bart says he (charghwI') doesn't need to use that weaklings' language.
You say if a klingon speaks english, his status is higher.
I explain that charghwI''s lack of english is not because of social rank.

Bart's reply, even tho it came in before mine is in parallel with my reply,
not in series.

(There's no ill feelings here. If we ever meet, I won't remember this and
think "Oh, that's QInteS...")
