If it is, that should be {Daq luqev ghotpu'} with the {lu-} prefix: "they
[do something to] it".
{qev} "crowd" (v.) is unattested in canon. According to Webster's, six
transitive definitions are listed for the verb "crowd" (which is how I've
always heard it used), but also two intransitive ones.
