The word {Hoch} is grammatically singular.  It should be {Hoch yIqelchu'}.

{vaj} "then, thus" implies a consequence, not a sequence.  The correct word
for this idea is {ghIq} "then, subsequently".

Since your Klingon rendition lost the idea of a list, {QavwI'} doesn't have
an obvious meaning.  You could clear it up by being a little more specific,
perhaps saying {Hoch DuH yIqelchu', ghIq QavwI' yIwIv} or {Hoch yIqelchu',
ghIq DuH Qav yIwIv}.

Or you could play off the idiom {Hoch nuH qel} and simply say {nuH Qav
yIwIv}, though that might be read as talking about a doomsday weapon.
