<<-qang>> denotes that the subject qay'bogh vay' ghajbe' 'e' 'oS
doesn't have a problem with doing <<-qang>>
the action.
<<neH>> denotes an actual desire to maS 'e' 'oS <<neH>>
do it.
One might be willing to do jatlhlaH vay': Say'nISmo' puch
something, because it is necessary, vISay'qangchoHmoH 'a vISay'choHmoH
but not really want to do it - like neHbe'
clean the toilets.
On the other hand, one might want jatlhlaH vay': qoH vIHoH neH 'a
to do something, but not be willing chutmo' vIHoHqangbe' (qoj ghobmo'
to do it because the consequences vIHoHqangbe')
are too great, or the risks or
whatever.
