The simple answer is yes. From TKD section 6.3. "To be", page 68:
"...[T]he pronouns are used, followed, where appropriate, by verbal
suffixes."
The less simple answer is this: Read all of TKD 6.3 yourself for a more
complete explanation, and then be prepared to defend your conclusions about
what "appropriate" means in that quote.
