In this case, I might use {raD} "compel":
qul DIr Sop 'e' yIraD.
After thinking about it for a while, I'd probably rephrase it a bit:
ghaHvaD qul DIr yIjab.
More likely, I'd just use the real idiom:
yIja' qul Dir yISop!
