To ask a question expecting a yes/no answer, add the suffix -'a' to a verb.
Examples: puq tlhej'a' be'? Does the woman accompany the child?
puq = child, offspring (noun)
tlhej = accompanies, goes along with (verb)
be' = woman, female (noun)
-'a' = does it? is it? (verb suffix, type 9) *There will be notes later
about suffix types.
