To make a Klingon statement negative, add -be' as a suffix to the verb.
Example:
targh chopbe' loD = The man does not bite the dog* (see vocabulary note).
targh = dog-like/pig-like spined Klingon pet
chop = bites
-be' = does not
loD = man
For practice, here are some more Klingon sentences:
