Remember that collective nouns, like {Hoch} are grammatically singular.
Don't use {lu-} if the subject is {Hoch}.

All/Hoch is doing the having/ghaj. Hoch is the subject of ghaj.
quv lughaj Hoch - all have honor.
add -bogh, quv lughajbogh Hoch - all which have honor.
add -vaD, quv lughajbogh HochvaD - for all which have honor.
