<Qoch> is "disagree", not "disagree with", so you would have to say
<jIQochneS> or <maQoch Qov jIH je>.

I think you're missing a <neH> after <ngechHomqoq>.

Actually, I think <mep HaqwI'> is fine. If Klingons even have plastic
surgeons, they are certainly called something else entirely, and I don't
even want to speculate what that might be. <mep HaqwI'> will be understood
by everyone here. If you ever get the opportunity to talk to a real Klingon,
you'll probably have to explain the term.
