Nice idea, but the Klingon counterpart would be something
written for those who don't speak Fed standard. Those who can't
speak Klingon don't need a Klingon abbreviation. They need an
English abbreviation.

Meanwhile, ANYTHING said in Klingon is a summary of important
things when compared to the vague, wittering and indecisive
wanderings of Human languages... Meanwhile, everyone who speaks
Klingon already speaks human languages, so nobody needs to do a
summary for those who don't speak human languages...
