While another suggestion has been made for this using {raD}, 
which works for me, I also think this is one of those context 
clarified things. Note that "say it" here is being rephrased to 
just mean "speak".

For "You made me speak again":

vIjatlhpu'. chojatlhqa'moH.

For "You again made me speak":

chojatlhmoHpu'. chojatlhqa'moH.

Meanwhile, revisiting {raD}, I think it would be better stated 
as:

You made me say it again:

choraDmo' vIjatlhqa'.

You again made me say it:

choraDqa'mo' vIjatlhqa'.

{raD}'s definition suggests to me that the object would be the 
entity being compelled, not the action that entity was compelled 
to do. If that's correct, {raD} is not really a good second verb 
in Sentence As Object.

Meanwhile, I see even another meaning possible:

choraDqa'mo' vIjatlhchoH.

This is something one would say to describe a previously 
unexpressed protest against repeated undue pressure.
