{ghogh} is obviously not a body part - you can't cut it out and hold it in
your hand (or eat it) - but rather the product of one or more body parts
(larynx, lips, etc.), like:
tlhuH "breath" (n.)
QIch "speech" (vocal sounds, not {SoQ} "speech, lecture")
