ghobe'.  {-be'} does not negate the "word it is attached to".  {-be'} is a
verb suffix, negating the idea it follows only if it is part of a *verb*.
{HIja'} and {lu'} are not verbs.  They stand alone as sentences in their
own right; they are exclamations.  One does not put verb suffixes on
exclamations, on nouns, on numbers, or anything except verbs.  (Pronouns
are used as verbs on occasion, and in that role they take verb suffixes.)
