Since this isn't really a grammar question, I'll risk Qov's wrath and
venture a couple of other suggestions:

     *<tyre> buy'moHwI'  ("tyre filler-upper")

{buy'} "be full, filled up" is from KGT.  Cf. the slang expression {buy'
ngop} "Good news! It is good to hear that!" (literally "the plates are
full") in KGT.

     *<tyre> tebwI'      ("tyre filler")

{teb} is a transitive verb whose object is the container filled:

     HIvje' tIn yIteb! 
     Fill a large glass! (PK)

However, {tebwI'} already exists, referring to a person who serves food in a
{Do Qe'} "velocity restaurant" (i.e. a fast food joint):

     "The person taking the order is, in this case, called not a {jabwI'}
(server) 
     but, instead, a {tebwI'} (`filler'), presumably because he or she fills
a platter 
     ('elpI') with the requested food. Customers, even those who have never
been in 
     the establishment before, are assumed to be familiar with all details
of the fare 
     and procedures. It is not uncommon for a {tebwI'} to become a bit testy
(a subtle 
     change in temperament, to be sure) if a customer hesitates or asks
questions 
     while giving an order." (KGT 102f)

Perhaps {tebwI'} is more suited to the mechanic who fills your tyres at a
gas station.

     *muD lIchwI'   ("atmosphere pourer")
     *SIp lIchwI'   ("gas pourer") 

In a sense, a pump "pours" air into something.  Most people on this list use
{muD} "atmosphere" to mean "air" in general, but I'm not 100% convinced
since the secondary meaning of {muD} is "weather":

     "The Klingon word for weather meaning the state of the atmosphere, is
the same as 
     the word for atmosphere itself, {muD}. When inquiring about specific
weather 
     conditions at a specific time and/or place, the expression {muD Dotlh}
(literally,
     `atmosphere status') is used." (MO in HolQeD 2.4)

{SIp} "gas" may be better, at least WRT an air pump.  Both words have only
been used in context in this one example:

     yoq yIn yuQ 'oH Qo'noS'e'. yInSIp voQSIp je ngaS muDDaj. 
     Qo'noS is a class-M planet with an oxygen/nitrogen atmosphere. (SkyBox S27)

{yInSIp} "oxygen" and {voQSIp} "nitrogen" are also listed in the KGT
glossary, as is {lIch} "pour (into/onto anything)".
