Since this is not "KLBC" I will answer what I can 
and then send it to Qov as "KLBC"    {{;-)

Yes, *I* do understand you.

He's right. I 've been living in Germany for 11 years now, and 
the word for "there" is "da". Maybe Okrand had an eye on this, 
just like in {HIja'} where "ja" is yes in german.
