Thank you charghwI' for a very good explanation of why the sentence
{vIparHa' be'Hom 'IH ghaHmo'} is extremely difficult to read, even
though it breaks no grammatical rule. Had I realized the logical
reason why it was so hard to parse, I would have criticised it more
strongly. Had the person that wrote it not had more basic things to
learn about the language, I might have spent more time figuring out
why a grammatical sentence didn't parse.

I do not have a 'tendency to slide {-mo'} verb phrases to the end of
the sentence.' I occasionally put them there for variety, and I
accept them from others because, despite your much proclaimed
prejudice, they are perfectly legal there. I do point out when they
are difficult to understand, but not being a fluent speaker of the
language I do not know when it is me and when it is truly confusing.

{jImej mura'DI HoDwI'} is also perfectly legal Klingon. Section 6.2.2 makes
quite a point of the variablity of the order of these sentences. I'm very
pleased with your logic concerning the number of tokens that have to be
parsed before the first word is understood in context and you'll hear me
using that argumant now, but you still won't hear me telling people that a
subordinate clause following the main one is wrong.
