I think charghwI's reasoning goes more like
{nguvlu'} something is painted
{vInguvmoHlu'} I cause something to be painted
obviously this is at least ambiguous but wasn't the one example from
TKD with {-moHlu'} of a similar kind? I may misremember, though.
