The phrase jeyD's room is a possessive form, see TKD 3.4. You simply say the
possessor, jeyD, followed by the possessee, {pa} "room." {jeyD pa'} "Jade's
room."
I'm afraid I don't know what "have a pass" means. Do you mean the sort of
pass that one must take with them in school when going to the bathroom? Then
you've chosen the best word: {chaw'}. However, I don't if you really want to
command someone "Have a pass!" Rather, we can use the "choose one" format
that Okrand uses with phrases like {bIje'be'chugh vaj bIHegh} "Buy or die,"
literally "If you do not buy, then you will die."
chaw' Daghajbe'chugh vaj pa'wIjvo' yIghoS.
If you do not have a permit, then go away from my room.
Now, there's a bit of a problem with your next part. "Close the light" is an
expression which doesn't even make it to every dialect of English, let alone
other languages. And {wovwI} is "thing which is bright," which is a rather
uncertain way to refer to a light bulb.
I suppose you don't have a problem with the light bulb not receiving current,
but with the room becoming dark. Therefore, why not say just that?
pa' DaHurghmoHchugh qaHoH.
If you make the room dark, I will kill you.
So, the final result (which I suppose you'll be printing out in KLI {pIqaD}
and making a sign out of):
jeyD pa':
chaw' Daghajbe'chugh vaj pa'wIjvo' yIghoS.
pa' DaHurghmoHchugh qaHoH.
