No, look at it carefully:

verb   subject
 |    ,--^--.
Hab SoSlI' Quch
  |    \      `-- forehead
smooth your mother's 

"[Your mother's forehead] is smooth."

Got it? If you wanted it ordered like you did, it's <SoSlI' Quch Hab>, or
"Your mother's [smooth forehead]," but that isn't a sentence.
