Very close. Unfortunately, you have misunderstood the meaning of {'e'}.
Check out TKD 6.2.5. {'e'} is a pronoun referring to a previous *sentence*,
not a previous noun. "It" is {'oH}. So, you get
ro'qegh'Iwchab Daghajchugh, jIHvaD 'oH yInob.
Since pronouns are pretty much optional, you can even drop it, saying
ro'qegh'Iwchab Daghajchugh, jIHvaD yInob.

The only problem here is that you must make this a command. You only said,
"You don't complain."
bIwuQchugh yIbebQo'.
You have to use {-Qo'} instead of {-be'} when using commands.
