DloraH and I hear it as {nepwI' ghaHba'}. Obviously, Marc heard this,
didn't want to put a suffix on a pronoun, and invented the word {Da} as
a backfit. It is definately pronounced as "gaah-ba" in the episode,
even if that's not what Marc chose to transliterate it as.

Seeing as tevram told us that the script says "nep-we' ghah," I think
the actor himself just threw in a "bah" sound for Klingon-esque
emphasis. The result seems to have been a new word and a new suffix! I
am reminded of {parmach}. The writers thought that {ch} was pronounced
"ck," so the actors said "par-mock."  Therefore, Marc gave us {parmaq}
as a spelling. I get the distinct impression that something similar
happened here, but this one was even more accidental than par'Mach was!
