There is no tense at all in Klingon. I can say
DaHjaj jIQonglI'
I am sleeping today.
wa'Hu' jIQonglI'
I was sleeping yesterday.
wa'leS jIQonglI'
I will be sleeping tomorrow.
Grammatically, there is NO DIFFERENCE in how to say this. You can substitute
in any time context.
bIpawDI' jIQonglI'
When you arrive, I'll be sleeping.
