I actually think it's more likely (and flattering) that Okrand was simply
using your word-list, since it was better than his own in all likelihood
(though maybe it didn't have all the words he'd invented but not yet
announced).

I get the feeling he was moving towards that with {paghlogh} and
{Hochlogh}...
