You know you can use verbs like {Qav} adjectivally (you don't need to use
{-bogh}:
mu'tlhegh QavDaq ghItlh

Depends on what you mean. {qab Qermaq} means "Qermaq is bad." {Qermaq qab}
means "bad Qermaq" (a noun phrase, not a sentence).
