I REALLY don't like translating song lyrics. They tend to be highly poetic,
and you lose most of the meaning. And, the translation doesn't feel very
"natural" for singing.
That said, I can translate the *sentence*!
You're pretty close. I wouldn't use {-DI'} here. This sort of "when" is the
sort that continuously happens. I'd use {-vIS}. Also, you might want to
emphasize the fact that "I" am the one walking alone. This emphasis occurs in
the original.
