re: jInajpu' [introducing new words... NOT]

One addendum to ~mark's excellent summary of the reasons why we
can't add words to the vocabulary of Klingon the way it is done in
Esperanto:

Esperanto also has an explicit rule that [approximate quotation] "any
word that is already generally accepted as international is automatically
part of Esperanto, being changed only insofar as is necessary to fit
Esperanto spelling and grammar." That means that nobody had to declare
"telefono" or "satelito" Esperanto words. But we don't have any source
of words that are "already generally accepted" as interstellar or
interspecies. Oh, sure, people could make them up, but nobody else
would recognize them because they'd BE made up instead of already
accepted. (This is just another aspect of ~mark's rhetorical question,
"where will you introduce new roots from?")
