You're too clever for me.  I was trying to set you up for an ambush,
but you saw right through it. :-)

My guess would be that the "repeat" meaning really is included in {-qa'}.
Even if it wasn't part of Okrand's original intent when he documented the
language, it has been used that way many times by everyone (including the
language's creator) without complaint and with good comprehension.
